Tumor latency and tumor characteristics at sacrifice (20 wks) in C3(1)/SV40Tag mice. Time (from birth) to the development of the first palpable tumor was calculated (days) following twice weekly measurements initiated at 10 weeks of age. At sacrifice all tumors were removed, counted and measured.
