The 12 sampling localities are distinguished by different colours (grey for 1–7, black for 8–12) and styles, and the size of the circles is proportional to the frequency of haplotypes in MJN. The basal haplotype N66 is indicated using a star. The four clusters a, b, c, d were shown.
