Five-day-old seedlings of WT and OX1 were pre-stained with 5 μM FM 4–64 for 30min and then exposed to 35 μM BFA+50 μM AlCl₃ for 3h (A), 35 μM BFA+50 μM AlCl₃ for 3h followed by 0.5mM CaCl₂ for 1h (B), or 50 μM AlCl₃ for 3h followed by 35 μM BFA for 2h (C).
