Porphyromonas gingivalis infection up-regulates the expression of FOXO target genes. TIGK cells were infected with P. gingivalis 33277 MOI 10 for the time indicated. mRNA levels for Cat, Sod2 Prdx3, Bcl-6 and IL-1β were measured by qRT-PCR.
