Treatment with high dose of 8-OH-DPAT leads to elevated scotopic ERG response. Dark-adapted electroretinogram responses were measured in doxycycline-induced Sod2flox/floxVMD2cre mice at 1, 2, 3 and 4 months of age. The average a-wave amplitudes and the average b-wave amplitudes recorded at 0 dB (2.68 cds/m2) flash intensity are shown. The same cohort of mice was used for all data points. For each time point 14 mice were used, except the 4 month time point at which n=11 (*p<0.05; **p<0.01). Error bars represent the standard error of the mean.
