Lane 1: 100 bp Ladder, Lane 2–4 treated MCF-7 cells with ASSBE-nHF (0, 50, 100 μg/ml) for 24 h, Lane 5–7 treated MDA-MB-231 cells with ASSBE-nHF (0, 50, 100 μg/ml) for 24 h.
