DCX levels in the TSPN group were significantly higher than that in the vehicle group at 7 and 14 days post ischemia. All data are expressed as the mean ± SD (six rats per group), and comparisons were conducted using one-way analysis of variance followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests. ***P < 0.001, vs. vehicle group; ns: P > 0.05, vs. vehicle group.
