No differences were identified in the levels of Ras between the SGC7901/ADM- and CsA-treated cells. Compared with the cells without rhG CSF treatment, the levels of Ras were not significantly different (P=0.12) in the 0.1 µM As₂O₃-treated groups, however were greater in the 0.5 µM As₂O₃-treated groups (P<0.01). rhG-CSF, recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor; As₂O₃, arsenic trioxide.
