LncRNA-7SK, lncRNA-SRA1, lncRNA-IGF2-AS and lncRNA-SChLAP1 are the most significantly altered lncRNAs in Huh7 cells stimulated by STAT3. (A) Heat maps and hierarchical clustering demonstrated lncRNAs differential expression profile between STAT3 overexpressing and control cells. Heat maps and hierarchical clustering are the most widely used clustering methods for analyzing lncRNAs or mRNA expression data. Red indicates a high relative expression and blue indicates a low relative expression. (B) LncRNA-7SK, lncRNA-SRA1, lncRNA-IGF2-AS and lncRNA-SChLAP1 expression changes were further confirmed by quantitative polymerase chain reaction.
