Hsf1 is associated with the expression of p53 and pRb proteins. (A) The expression of Hsf1, Hsp25, Hsc70, Hsp70, Hsp90, SV40/TAG, p53, p21 and pRb proteins were immunoblotted in MEF/wt (lane 1), MEF/hsf1-/- (lane 2) and MEF/mHsf1 (lane 3) cells. (B) The immunoblotting of the above proteins in the corresponding fibrosarcoma tissues. Experiments were repeated 3 times (#1–3).
