SNP induces NF-κB activation in SH-EP1 cells. A. Left: SH-EP1 cells and IκBα-M cells were treated with SNP (1 mM) for 1, 2, 4, and 8 h. The nuclear extract was prepared after SNP treatment, and EMSA was performed using an oligonucleotide containing NF-κB binding sites. Right: supershift assay with nuclear extract of SH-EP1 cells treated with SNP for 2 h using p65 antibody. B.
