Wild-type mice were intraperitoneally injected with vehicle (Veh), amiodarone (AD), or chloroquine (CQ) at 0.5 h before 90% PHx and then once per day until 168 h. (A) The survival rate was measured until 7 days after surgery (n = 12). (B) Serum ALT levels at 24 h after surgery (n = 6). (C) Liver tissues were harvested at 24 h after surgery and expression of PCNA protein was measured by Western blotting analysis.
