Pathways with gene members up-regulated in both SR and SEN are shown in the top row followed by pathways with gene members up-regulated only in SEN, and finally pathways with gene members up-regulated only in SR. Networks are shown relating pathways that are up-regulated in SR (left column) and pathways that are up-regulated in SEN (right column). The network nodes represent pathways, and the sizes of the nodes correspond to the number of up-regulated genes in that pathway. Pathway nodes are connected by edges if the pathways share up-regulated genes, and edge-weights correspond to the number of up-regulated genes shared between the pathways.
