H929 cells were treated with tosedostat (CHR-2797) 1 μM (APi), CHR-3996 250 nM (HDACi), or a combination of both for 24 hours then analysed on a U133 Plus 2.0 Array (Affymetrix) and a supervised analysis performed with dCHIP comparing the groups of treated cells to untreated cells. All p values were less than 0.05. NS, no significant change.
