A. The mRNA expression levels of TMEM100 in 30 paired HCCs and non-HCCs were determined by quantitative real-time PCR and normalized by 2^−ΔΔct method, where GAPDH was used as internal control. Compared with noncancerous tissues, the mRNA level of TMEM100 was significantly lower in 90% HCC tissues as compared with that of ANLTs. B. The mRNA levels of TMEM100 in four matched HCC tissues and ANLTs were analyzed by semi-quantitative PCR.GAPDH was used as loading reference. C. The protein levels of TMEM100 in 30 matched HCC tissues and ANLTs were analyzed by western blotting. β-actin was used as loading reference.
