Integrinβ3 siRNA decreased Modified Garcia Score (A) and Beam Balance Testing Score (B) in the presence of rhMFGE8 treatment. Representative Western blots bands (C) and quantitative analysis of MFGE8 (D), CC3 (E) and IL-1β (F) showed that integrinβ3 siRNA decreased the protein level of MFGE8 and attenuated Capase3 and IL-1β expressions in the presence of rhMFGE8 treatment.
