Specificity of Gluc reporter assay. Experiments were conducted as described in Materials and Methods. 293T-Gluc cells were seeded and infected with indicated viruses at various doses for 24 h. Infection with A/WSN/33 at an MOI of 10 was not tested. Gluc activity of mock-infected cells was regarded as background and indicated by a dashed line.
