Electroacupuncture at bilaterally Zusanli and Neiguan acupoints significantly increased SOD activities, decreased MDA contents accompanied with increased levels of IL-10 and decreased TNF-α levels. Pretreatment with wortmannin significantly restrained the above effects of electroacupuncture in group ELW. Values were presented as mean ± SD (n = 10). The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and the Bonferroni test for multiple comparisons. Significant differences were indicated with an asterisk: *P<0.05, **P<0.01.
