The annotations for the peak at 1590.8 are in “perfect agreement”, because the human expert and Cartoonist gave the same unambiguous annotation; the annotations for the peak at 1661.8 are in “agreement” because Cartoonist’s annotations include all the expert annotations. Cartoonist did not annotate the small peak series (inset) starting at 1620.8, which matches sodiated permethylated HexNAc(3)Hex(4) with calculated monoisotopic mass 1620.8097, because of a poor match to the expected isotope distribution due to interfering peaks. Neither the expert nor Cartoonist annotated the peaks at 1606.8 or 1647.9, which are incompletely permethylated forms of the glycans at 1620.8 and 1661.9.
