Test–retest reproducibility of CIDBF response and sample size calculations. Number of subjects = 11, number of observations = 44, the mean dermal blood flow (DBF) response in the two proximal rings was used in the test–retest analysis. Test–retest period-to-period and arm-to-arm reproducibility data for DBF response expressed as percent change from baseline at 30 min (t30) and as the area under the curve of the percent change from baseline (AUC(0,30 min)).
