Phases are defined as: perception (D01, D03, and D07), induction (D14 and D21) and dormancy (D28 and D42). Values are VR_Photo_Time_Probesets and SV_Photo_Time_Probesets identified from post-hoc Tukey's HSD test of significant three-way interaction effects. (Supplementary Tables 2C,D). The number of DEGs specific to dormancy phases in V. riparia (VR_Phase_Specific_DEGs) and not in common with Seyval (SV) (Supplementary Tables 4A–C). Individual probesets may occur in more than one phase.
