(A) The 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with different concentrations of EGCG and lipid droplets were stained with Oil red O stain. The cells were photographed at magnification ×40 (a–d) and ×200 (e–h). The experiment was performed three times in triplicate for each concentration. Representative images are shown; (B) The oil red O stained cells were treated with isopropanol to extract the dye, and the concentration of the eluted dye was determined by absorbance at optical density(OD) 510 nm.
