The starting P2011.1.2 model was optimized in SBSI to fit the TiMet ros dataset and additional period constraints (see electronic supplementary material, Methods). Model, version number of the resulting model. PlaSMo ID, model identifier in the PlaSMo resource. Job, computational job code. Start, the default parameters values from P2011.1.2 or nominal values (Nom). Range, the range of parameter values that were searched, either as fold change above and below the P2011.1.2 values or as a fixed range. Set-up trials, the number of randomly chosen parameter sets tested to initialize the optimization. Cost, the best cost value (closest fit to all constraints).
