Nimbolide inhibits cell migration of human osteosarcoma cells by modulating the expression of integrin αvβ5. (A–D) Osteosarcoma cells (MG63, U2OS, and HOS) and osteoblast cells (hFOB 1.19) were incubated with control solution or various concentrations of Nimbolide for 1 or 2 days, then cell viability was examined by using an MTT assay; (E,F) Osteosarcoma cells (MG63, U2OS, and HOS) were incubated with control solution or various concentrations of Nimbolide for 24 h, then migration and invasion were measured in vitro using Transwells; (G–I) Osteosarcoma cells (MG63, U2OS, and HOS) were incubated with control solution or various concentrations of Nimbolide for 24 h; The expression of integrin αv and β5 mRNAs was examined by qPCR (J–L).
