(A) HeLa cells were transfected for 24 h with WWP2 siRNAs (siWWP2) or luciferase siRNA (siLuc) and cell proliferation were measured by CCK8 assay kit. Relative cell growth rates expressed as folds of change in the cell number were plotted. Averages of three experiments and their standard deviations (in brackets) are shown. (P<0.05). (B) HeLa cells were treated with (M) or without nocodazole (As) for 14 h. Cells were collected by and equal amounts of cell lysates, were prepared and blotted for cyclin E, cyclin A, cyclin B, phospho-histone H3, and actin.
