Immunocytochemistry of neural differentiated cells from human adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) in the presence or without estradiol (E2). Cells were positive for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP-2), and nestin markers. Cell nuclei were counterstained with diamidino-2-phenylindole (blue).
