Lipopeptide‐vaccinated mice survived a lethal virus infection. Groups of 5 BALB/c mice were immunized i.n. with 20 nmol of lipopeptide (closed squares, A) or PBS (open circles, B). Four weeks later, mice were infected i.n. with 500 pfu of PR8 virus. Mice were weighed daily and monitored for clinical signs. Individual mouse bodyweight is shown in grams (A and B).
