(B) SW480 cells were treated with As₄S₄ 5 μM alone or in combination with celecoxib 10 μM for 48 hours; (C and D) HCT116 cells were treated with As₄S₄ 5 μM alone or in combination with celecoxib 10 μM for 24 and 48 hours. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments and the relative cell viability was expressed as the percentage of untreated well.
