Fig 1. The effects of PMBPs on the viability of ovarian cancer cells and normal ovarian cells.

Fig 1

(A) Ovarian cancer cells A2780 and OV2008, and normal ovarian cells IOSE80 were treated with PMBPs (0, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 120 μg/ml) for 24 h or 48 h. The cells' viability at the various concentrations of PMBPs were detected by MTT assay and expressed relative to that of non-treated cells. The experiments were repeated three times. (B) Ovarian cancer cells A2780 and OV2008, and normal ovarian cells IOSE80 were treated with PMBPs (0, 25, 75, 100 μg/ml) for 24 h, and cells were photographed with inverted contrast microscopy (magnification, 40×).
