Fig 1 — (A) HT-29 cells were treated with various concentrations of PPNO for 6 h as described in the Methods section. Cells were collected, lysed and analyzed by Western blots for topo I. (B) Quantification of topo I protein levels relative to actin, and (C) Transcript levels of the topo I gene in HT-29 and MCF-7 cells. Transcript levels were determined as described in the Methods section using actin as the control.
