Biofilm formation inhibition assay. Biofilms were grown on cones with or without IPTG to induce expression of early phage protein. After 24 h the mean biofilm was scored by measuring optical density at 600 nm, represented on the y-axis. Three independent replicas were performed, starting from different overnight cultures with each four repeats per replica, resulting in a 12-fold repetition.
