Accumulated neutrophils in BALF from intestinal IR-induced ALI in a mouse model. Eight-week-old C57BL/6 male mice (six mice per group) were subjected to intestinal IR at the indicated times. BALF was collected, protein contents were measured (A), and absolute neutrophil count (ANC) was measured (B). The cells collected from BALF were stained with Gr1 and Ly6G⁺ Ab and were then subjected to flow cytometry analysis (C). Data are representative of three experiments.
