OM increases pulmonary CYP1A1 mRNA and protein expression in newborn mice: Newborn mice were treated with the vehicle, polyethylene glycol (PEG), or with 10, 25, or 50 mg/kg of OM i.p. once daily for 4 days, following which lung CYP1A1 mRNA (A) and protein (B) expression were determined by real-time RT-PCR analysis and western blotting, respectively.
