Electrophysiological studies. Miniature endplate currents (MEPC) recorded from the anconeus muscle of control and the proband UM:III4. The prolonged miniature endplate current (MEPC) has a bi-exponential decay time constant of 2.3 ms and 26.1 ms, compared with control (3.6 ms).
