γ-tubulin (A) and its associating GCP proteins, GCP2 (B), GCP3 (C), and GCP4 (D), were each tagged with a C-terminal triple HA epitope from one of its endogenous loci in procyclic trypanosomes. Cells were immunostained with FITC-conjugated anti-HA mAb and anti-TbSAS-6 pAb. Scale bars: 5 μm.
