A. Effect of “phosphorylation mimetics” of CaVβ2bT164 on CaV1.2 I-V relationship. Ca2+ was the charge carrier and in order to normalize for CaV1.2 channel expression we divided the current amplitude by gating current (Qon)[32]. B. CaVβ2bT164D and CaVβ2bT164A did not alter the voltage dependence ofactivation of CaV1.2 channels, or C. voltage dependence of inactivation of CaV1.2 channels.
