Expression level of miR-299-3p in lung cancer tissues. The expression level of miR-299-3p in lung cancer tissues was determined using qRT-PCR. The results showed that the expression of miR-299-3p was decreased in both doxorubicin-resistant and -sensitive lung cancer samples (n=20). Strikingly, miR-299-3p was down-regulated more in doxorubicin-resistant samples than in doxorubicin-sensitive tissues, *P<0.05 ARLC vs. ARPT or ASLC vs. ASPT; #P<0.05 ASLC vs. ARLC.
