E2F2 shRNA significantly decreased cell proliferation in NSCLC cells. E2F2 shRNA noticeably down regulated expression of E2F2 protein in A549 and H1299 cells (A). Scramble and E2F2 shRNA were transected into NSCLC cells for 24 h. Relative E2F2 expressions were detected by Western blot. The cell viabilities were determined using MTT assays (B, C).
