NFA influenced the proteins expression of ERK1/2 and the activity of MMP9 and MMP2 in a dose-dependent manner. A. NFA at different concentrations (0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 μM) acted on CNE-2Z cells for 48 h, the expression of ERK1/2 was detected. B.
