(A) TIMP-1 mRNA levels in LX-2 cells. Cells were treated with EW-7197 (1 μM) in the presence or absence of TGF-β1 (2 ng/ml) for 24 h. HPRT was used as a reference. (B) TIMP-1 protein levels in CM.
