(A) Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were transfected with siRNA-targeting CIP transcript (si-CIP) or control siRNA (si-Ctrl). Cells were treated (+) or not treated (–) with PE, and CIP expression in was examined by qRT-PCR. (B) Representative immunofluorescence images of α-actinin staining in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.
