Acute thrombin has no effect on murine brain endothelial cell (mBEC) expression of claudin-5 or β1-integrin. Primary mouse brain endothelial cells were exposed to thrombin (0 to 10 U/mL) for 1 hour before labeling for claudin-5 and β1-integrin and analysis by flow cytometry.
