(C, D) KO+CL mice showed similar increase in urinary NGAL and KIM-1 as KO+PBSL or KO mice at the age of 8 weeks. Mixed model data analysis (A, B) and Welch corrected ANOVA followed by posthoc pairwise t-test with a Bonferroni correction (C, D) was used to evaluate differences between groups.
