Five areas were randomly selected from the every histopathologic section and then were scored based on the severity and inflammation. Scores 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 represent normal, minimal, mild, moderate, and severe histopathologic changes. “^*” represents p < 0.05 for the two selected groups.
