Effect of SL on cell viability in RAW 264.7 cells. Normal (Nor): treated with media only. SL: Scutellariae Radix and Liriopis Tuber water extract. Each RAW 264.7 cell group was incubated with SL at the concentrations of 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL for 24 hrs. The test material at the concentrations of 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL significantly increased the cell viability. Results are represented as mean ± SD. ∗ represents P < 0.05 compared to the normal. ∗∗ represents P < 0.01 compared to the normal.
