Effect of SL on NO production in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells. Normal (Nor): treated with media only. Control (Con): treated with LPS (1 μg/mL). SL: Scutellariae Radix and Liriopis Tuber water extract. Each RAW 264.7 cell group was incubated with SL at the concentrations of 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL with LPS for 24 hrs. The production of NO in the LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells was decreased significantly at all the concentrations of SL (25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL).
