Following simultaneous glutamate challenge and liraglutide/vehicle treatment, the following measures were evaluated in liraglutide-treated and -untreated cells at 6h: (A) Caspase-3 activities in SH-SY5Y#9 cells (Caspase-3 activity assay); (B) Caspase-3 activities in primary cortical neurons (Caspase-3 activity assay).
