(A) NAb EC₅₀ and EpC IC₅₀ values were plotted, and two-tailed Pearson analysis resulted in a positive correlation (r = 0.7432, P = 0.014). (B) NAb were grouped in PC-specific NAb and anti-gH NAb based on their subunit recognition (Fig. 1 and Table 1). No statistically significant difference between the two groups was found using an unpaired t test (P > 0.05). (C) The same groups as in panel B were analyzed based on their ARPE-19 IC₅₀ values. As evaluated using an unpaired t test, the neutralizing potency of PC-specific NAb was significantly different (P = 0.0167) from that of gH NAb.
