ORF7a colocalizes with BST-2. HEK293T cells were transfected with BST-2, ORF7a, or both. (A) BST-2 was stained with mouse anti-Flag primary antibody and goat anti-mouse Texas Red-conjugated secondary antibody. ORF7a was stained with rabbit anti-HA primary antibody and horse anti-rabbit AMCA secondary antibody. Localization was analyzed by confocal microscopy (merged images are yellow).
