EgtD phosphorylation kinetics

Various concentrations of EgtD (1–12 μm) were phosphorylated by 0.7–1 nm kinase. The transfer of γ-³²P was measured via scintillation counting to determine phosphorylation kinetics. Data are representative of three independent experiments and presented as average values ±S.E.
